DRAFT TEMPLATE — NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Review by qualified legal counsel required before launch. Delete or adapt this page if the application does not use AI features.
Effective date: 27 August 2026 · Last updated: 27 August 2026 · Version: 1.0
1. Where AI is used in the Service
Parts of the Platform use artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies, which may include: optical character recognition (OCR) to make scanned registry documents searchable; machine translation between Greek and English; document summarisation; and extraction of structured information (e.g. officers, share capital, charges) from filings. No AI-assisted features are currently enabled on the Platform; if any are introduced, this notice will be updated first to name the provider and the exact features involved.
Features that use AI are marked on the Platform with an AI indicator and a short disclaimer.
2. Important limitations of AI output
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purposes. OCR and translation in particular can misread characters, names, numbers, and dates, and can mistranslate legal terminology.
- AI output is not professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other specialist advice, and must not be treated as such.
- You must independently verify AI-generated or AI-processed information against the original source documents (which we provide) before relying on it. The original registry document always prevails over any AI-generated rendering, translation, extraction, or summary of it.
- We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for reliance on AI-generated content, as set out in the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability notice and the Terms of Use.
- High-risk decisions require human review. Where output could inform decisions with legal, financial, or similarly significant effects (e.g. entering a transaction, litigation, compliance filings, KYC/AML decisions), a qualified human must review the underlying source documents.
3. Your responsibilities when using AI features
- Do not enter or upload confidential information, trade secrets, unlawful content, or third-party personal data into AI features unless you have the right to do so.
- Do not use AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Review AI output before sharing it or acting on it.
4. How AI inputs and outputs are handled
Inputs to and outputs from AI features are processed as described in our Privacy Notice. Should AI processing be introduced, it will be performed by a named provider acting as our processor, and our agreements will not permit use of your data to train their models. We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
